1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the following meanings:

• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions, together with any service booking confirmation.
• "We / Us / Our" means Heirloom Desk, located at 65 Maha Rat Road, Phra Nakhon, Bangkok 10200, Thailand.
• "User / You" means any person who visits our website, makes an enquiry, or uses our services.
• "Services" means the document organisation sessions, family papers workshops, and archive membership described on our website.
• "Content" means all written, digital, and printed materials produced or provided by Heirloom Desk.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry form, making a booking, or using any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Our Services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Service Description

Heirloom Desk provides the following general, educational, and administrative services:

• Desk Organising Session: An in-person administrative session to help arrange documents into a clear, labelled order. General support only.
• Family Papers Workshop: A general-education workshop on how household records are typically organised. Content is general and not specific to individual participants.
• Heirloom Archive Membership: Annual access to general templates, checklists, and information sheets for household record-keeping.

All Services are provided in Bangkok, Thailand. Remote or international delivery may be considered at our discretion.

Important: None of our Services constitute legal, financial, tax, estate planning, or professional advice of any kind. All content is general and educational only. For individual guidance on any of these matters, please consult a qualified professional.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when making an enquiry or booking
• Attend sessions at the agreed time, or notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule
• Treat our team with courtesy and respect
• Not share membership materials with individuals who are not covered by your membership
• Not use our Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, checklists, workshop materials, and written content produced by Heirloom Desk remain the intellectual property of Heirloom Desk. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own household purposes.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or publicly share our materials without prior written permission.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Desk Organising Session: ฿3,600 per session
• Family Papers Workshop: ฿9,500 per participant
• Heirloom Archive Membership: ฿24,000 per year

Payment is due in full prior to the session or workshop, or upon commencement of membership. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Payment details are confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellation and refunds: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session may receive a full refund or credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. Membership fees are non-refundable once the initial materials have been delivered.

7. Service Delivery

Sessions take place at our office at 65 Maha Rat Road, Phra Nakhon, Bangkok, or at your home by arrangement. Workshop sessions are held at our office. Membership materials are delivered by email.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver services at the agreed time. In the event of circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at no additional charge.

Heirloom Desk reserves the right to decline an enquiry or booking if the requested service falls outside the scope of what we provide.

8. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on a general, informational, and administrative basis. We make no representations as to outcomes resulting from your use of our Services or materials.

Heirloom Desk is not a legal, financial, tax, or estate planning service. Nothing in our sessions, workshops, or materials should be interpreted as individual professional advice. Users are responsible for seeking appropriate professional guidance for their specific circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Heirloom Desk's liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of our Services. We are also not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, illness, or infrastructure disruptions.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Heirloom Desk against any claims, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions or your misuse of our Services.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service arrangement with reasonable notice. If you cancel a membership before the annual renewal date, you will retain access to materials already delivered but will not receive further updates.

We reserve the right to end a service relationship if a user acts in a manner that is disrespectful, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so that we may seek an informal resolution.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

13. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions constitute the full agreement between you and Heirloom Desk with respect to our Services.

Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our prior written consent.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
